Sustainability — operationally true

Four pillars. Specific commitments. No greenwash.

Sustainability isn't a marketing line. It's how we source, package, ship, and operate. Each pillar has documented commitments — auditable, not aspirational.

Pillar 01

Eco-friendly raw materials. "Where the ingredient grew matters."

Modern formulations have choices. Conventional or organic. Synthetic or naturally-derived. Animal-source or plant-source. We default toward the more sustainable option when the formulation goal allows — without compromising on bioavailability or claim integrity. The choice is documented per ingredient, per product.

  • Organic certification when claim-relevant — not as a marketing label, as a sourcing commitment
  • Plant-based capsule shells (HPMC, pullulan) over gelatin where formulation allows
  • Allergen-free production runs where the brand requires it — full segregation, dedicated equipment
  • Naturally-derived flavors and colors over artificial wherever shelf-stable
  • Annual review of sourcing with sustainability-weighted scoring
Pillar 02

Eco packaging. "Packaging that doesn't outlive the product."

Most supplement packaging ends up in landfill. We work to change that without sacrificing the protection the product needs. Recyclable, recycled, mono-material, compostable where possible — with active development on the harder cases (sachet inner films, blister backs).

  • Recycled doypacks as default for powder products
  • Mono-material packaging where mechanical performance permits — easier consumer recycling
  • Compostable inner sachets in active development for 2026 launches
  • Reduced secondary packaging — minimal protective fillers, right-sized boxes
  • FSC-certified paper for cartons and inserts
  • Glass over plastic for premium product lines where format allows
Pillar 03

Supply chain management. "A supply chain built on accountability."

A sustainable product on an unsustainable supply chain isn't sustainable. We extend the standard backward — to raw material suppliers, packaging suppliers, transportation partners. Annual sustainability reviews of every network member. Documented supplier code of conduct. Reduced air freight in favor of sea + ground where shelf life allows.

  • Local-within-EU sourcing where viable — reduces transport emissions
  • Reduced air freight, shifting to sea + ground for non-perishable inputs
  • Supplier code of conduct signed by every partner in the network
  • Annual ESG questionnaire and review of all network manufacturers
  • Carbon footprint tracking per SKU (in development for 2026)
Pillar 04

Operational footprint. "The factory floor's environmental cost."

Manufacturing has an energy bill, a water bill, a waste bill. We choose network partners who measure and reduce all three. Renewable energy where available. Heat-recovery systems on production lines. Water reuse where the regulatory framework permits. Waste-stream management to minimize landfill. None of this is glamorous. All of it adds up.

  • Renewable-energy operations at network partners where regional grid permits
  • Heat-recovery systems on production lines reducing energy intensity
  • Water reuse and treatment at facilities under the regulatory framework
  • Waste-stream segregation and recycling at every facility
  • Annual operational footprint review per partner
