For established brands

Add new formats to your line. Without new vendors.

For established brands adding gummies, drinks, sachets, or new formulations to an existing portfolio. Same EU-grade quality. Same compliance bar. Predictable scale.

Why scaling brands consolidate

Three reasons we replace your vendor list.

01 — Operational simplification

Five vendors mean five contracts, five audits, five quality protocols, five invoices.

Consolidate to one platform — same product diversity, fraction of the operational drag.

02 — Quality consistency

Brand-defining quality requires consistency across formats.

Our network operates to a single quality standard — your gummy and your capsule line carry the same audit-ready story.

03 — Faster R&D iteration

When R&D, sourcing, compliance, and production sit in one platform, you cut the email volume by 80%.

Your team gets time back for the work that matters: brand and channel.

Co-development

Co-development, not replacement.

Your R&D lead knows your science, your customer, your brand voice. We bring the formats your in-house team doesn't have capacity to build alone — gummies, RTDs, sachets, novel delivery systems. Your team stays in the lead. We add depth to the bench.

  • 1,000+ ingredient database, EFSA-validated
  • Specialist formulators per format (gummy chemistry, RTD shelf-stability, sachet flow)
  • Bioavailability optimization (liposomal, microencapsulated, sustained-release)
  • Stability testing across temperature and time profiles
  • Pilot-batch validation before commercial production
Format depth

From one format to five. Same partner.

A typical scaling brand starts with us in one category. Within 18 months, they've added two or three more — without onboarding new vendors.

Quality

One quality bar. Every batch. Every format.

Your customers expect consistency. Your buyers audit for it. Every product across our network is held to the same standard: EU GMP, ISO 22000, HACCP, batch-traceable. Your gummy line and your protein line carry the same audit pack.

Science-led brands

A collaboration model your R&D lead will recognize.

Science-led brands have specific requirements: validated actives, peer-reviewed formats, claim substantiation. Our R&D works as an extension of yours. Your lead defines the spec; we operationalize it. We don't second-guess the science — we deliver it at scale.

Scaling brand questions

The honest answers.

How quickly can you onboard us if we already have an established product line?
For an established brand, the initial onboarding is mostly about syncing your existing audit requirements, retailer compliance docs, and brand standards. After that, format extensions are fast — most established brands ship their first new-format batch with us within a single quarter.
Can you support our existing certifications (organic, halal, kosher, vegan)?
Yes. Different partners in our network specialize in different certifications. When you brief us, we route the work to the manufacturer holding the right certifications for your range. The result is one platform relationship; the underlying execution matches your standards.
What's your capacity ceiling? Can you handle a major retailer launch?
Network-distributed capacity means we scale with you. The constraint isn't ours — it's planning lead time. For major retail launches (Boots, Holland & Barrett, Carrefour-tier), we want 8–12 weeks of forward visibility. Get us into the conversation early.
Do you sign exclusivity for new formats we co-develop?
For Private Label custom formulations, yes — your formula is yours, NDA-protected, exclusive. For White Label format additions where you're using our base catalog, that's shared. The exclusivity question is part of the briefing call.
How does this compare to our current contract manufacturer relationship?
If your current setup works, that's worth keeping. Where we tend to win: brands needing format diversity beyond their main vendor's capability, brands needing faster R&D cycles, brands wanting one consolidated platform instead of five vendor portals.
