How do we integrate your manufacturing into our software platform?
API. The platform exposes endpoints for order creation, formulation parameters, status tracking, and batch records. Your customer-facing software triggers manufacturing through standard webhook calls. Documentation available during the briefing.
What happens if a customer of ours has a complaint about the product?
The complaint comes to your customer service. Your team escalates to us with the batch number from the label. We investigate, provide root-cause analysis, and support you in the response to the customer. Your customer never knows we exist.
Can we co-develop formulations exclusive to our agency?
Yes. Agency-exclusive formulations are a Private Label arrangement — your IP, your formula, manufactured under contract. Many of our agency partners run on this model.
What's the smallest customer batch you'll produce per individual?
For genuine per-individual manufacturing, we work with batched personalization windows — group orders by formulation parameters, run small batches per parameter set. Specific volumes are part of the technical onboarding.
How does this scale if we land a major corporate wellness contract (10,000+ employees)?
Corporate-scale rollouts use a different production model than per-individual manufacturing — batched runs of standard SKUs branded for the corporate client. Talk to us early — these contracts benefit from 8–12 weeks of forward planning.
