For committed distributors with volume commitments, yes — we structure exclusive territory rights. The terms are part of the master agreement; specifics depend on territory size and volume commitment.
How do you handle products requiring notification in our market that aren't yet notified?
We can pursue notification for products not yet registered in your market — that's part of the partnership. Lead time depends on the country and the ingredient profile. We'll quote it during the briefing.
What's your minimum to start a distribution conversation?
We're more interested in territorial fit and operational alignment than in arbitrary minimums. Talk to us early — even modest first commitments can grow into multi-market partnerships once the operational rhythm is in place.
Can you supply us with both ready White Label products AND custom formulations under our private label?
