Do I have to use the platform?
No. You can work with us over email and phone if you prefer. But the platform gives you real-time visibility into orders, formulations, and compliance — things that are hard to replicate over email threads. Most clients adopt it within the first order cycle.
What does platform access cost?
Platform access is included for active clients. There are no separate SaaS fees. You get access when you start working with us, and it stays active as long as you have an active relationship.
How do the AI engines work?
The AI engines are being developed in-house. The R&D engine draws from a curated ingredient database and cross-references EFSA claims, interactions, and dosage guidelines. The compliance engine validates label claims against EU food law, country by country. The brand board generates packaging concepts based on your formulation and positioning. All three are under active development with planned rollouts in 2026–2027.
Will the platform integrate with other systems?
API access is on the roadmap. Today, the platform is self-contained — designed to be the single source of truth for your supplement operations. As we scale, integrations with ERPs, 3PLs, and e-commerce platforms will follow.
Can multiple people access the platform?
Yes. You can invite team members with role-based permissions. Control who sees formulations, who can place orders, and who manages compliance — all from the same account.
